Fatih Denetim SMMM A.Ş. (Fatih Denetim CPA Inc) has been serving to its precious customers since 1953 by its consistently increasing service quality and experience. The personnel of our firm have been trained according to latest technology and regulations in terms of accounting systems and frameworks to fulfil our customers’ needs.

Our difference from other companies appears when it comes to present the financial reports. Sworn-in CPA

Our company has been attending the tax consultancy and all services related to Sworn-in CPA since 1996 by a crew of 20 people and Sworn-in CPA Fatma Mevhibe Özgün.
 
Our tax and tax revision department provides individual and quality tax consultancy services on national and international levels with the leadership of the associates who had worked as accountant in the Ministry of Finance. This consultancy includes various services from making tax returns to proactive tax management.
Today, optimum tax strategy contributes not only to profitability but also to investment attractiveness.

Our goal is to provide consultancy services for our clients in order for them to construct their activities efficiently according to the tax legislations and have accurate tax strategies.

History

Accounting is an ancient concept, which is known by being rooted from Ancient Egypt. However, Luca Paciola did the very first use of the latest version of accounting system in Venice at 1949.  The basic aim of the concept was to organize the daily-life transactions to solve the problems of our customers.

Since 1953, Fatih Denetim A.Ş (Fatih CPA Inc), have been serving to its precious customers according to  Turkish and International Financial Reporting Standards and Laws. The priority is the customer satisfaction. Therefore, the most important values to us is to be conscience and responsible to our task.

Our corporation was established by Mehmet Bahattin Öğütken in 1953 under the name of Fatih Muhasebe (Fatih Accounting). As by the years past, our existence got stronger by participation of YMMM Mevhibe Özgün (Sworn- In Certified Public Accountant) who started her job in 1977. Later on,  in 1986 Ahmet Baha Öğütken became the chairman  and since then with the support of our customers and employees, we have been growing in the fields of accounting, tax, audit, management consultancy and finance.

THE MANAGERS SINCE THE ESTABLISHMENT

Mehmet Bahattin Öğütken

He was born in Şebinkarahisar, Giresun in 1922. After the death of his parents he came to İstanbul to study primary school. By hardworking, later on he got a place in Kabataş Erkek Lisesi (Prestigious High School). Afterwards he started his undergraduate degrees on both architecture and law, due to extentuating circumstances he couldn’t finish his degrees and started to work in notary. In 1953, he resigned from notary and founded his own company under the name of Fatih Muhasebe and since than the company is serving in the fields of accounting, tax and audit.

 

Fatma Mevhibe Özgün

She was born in Fatih District at İstanbul in 1956. She graduated her high school Tarhan Koleji with honour, then she completed her management degree at İstanbul İktisadi Ticari İlimler Akademisi in 1977. From 1974 to 1989 she worked as a accountant, afterwards she gained the title of CPA and in 1996 she became a Sworn-in CPA and since then she is working in this field.


Ahmet Baha Öğütken

He was born in Fatih District, İstanbul at 1961. He completed his high school education at Tarhan Koleji. For his higher education he went to UK, Oxford and completed his 2 years of Academy there. Since 1986 he has been working as the chairman of Fatih Denetim. He has been attending worldwide conferences and researches regarding his field.

In 2011 he became Parlimanet Member, Deputy of İstanbul and also became a member of Planning and Budget Commission
